AI & Tech Crash Course for Virtual Assistants

Transferable workflow-scoping and AI-boundary foundation: learners audit their own workflows, identify where AI can safely support work, define responsibilities/referral boundaries, and prepare an AI boundaries/responsibility statement. PMs can reuse those methods when assessing workflow-automation proposals and documenting human/AI responsibility. Foundation-level for VAs/OBMs; it does not teach PM methods or advanced automation builds.
