Eight modules cover AI foundations, prompt engineering, AI-assisted charters/objectives/scope, stakeholder analysis, WBS/schedules/estimating/resources, risk registers/issues, tailored project communications, AI ethics/governance and an adoption roadmap.
Practice & assessment
